Bristol Saturday Youth League U15s Cup Final

Ingleside 1 Thornbury Town 4

THORNBURY won the league cup for the second year in a row after an outstanding team performance against Ingleside at Keynsham.

After a tense but very positive start by both teams, which saw Ingleside hit the bar, Thornbury started to dominate.

Ollie Bradley skilfully went passed players into the box and unselfishly squared the ball for Reece Chambers to slot home on 15 minutes.

Lewis Evans made it 2-0 leading into half-time.

Thornbury started the second half as they finished the first.

Ben Bliss, in goal for Thornbury, was on form and made some outstanding saves.

On 55 minutes Evans scored his second.

Thornbury man of the match Ash Ritcher scored a sublime 25-yard goal in the top left corner ten minutes later to make it 4-0.

With 15 minutes left, pressure from an Ingleside corner led to a consolation goal.
