Frampton United 0 Gala Wilton 1

FRAMPTON United have failed to score in their first two outings of the season.

In a tight game that might have gone either way both sides missed chances.

Myron Turner should have given Gala the lead on 18 minutes but fired wide with just the keeper to beat.

Chris Fower had his shot saved in the 41st minute that could have given Frampton the lead.

Ryan Vincent shot over the bar in the one minute after the break in a one on one situation as another Frampton chance went begging.

The only goal of the game came in the 49th minute from a fantastic 30-yard free kick from Gala’s Lee Allen that gave the home keeper no chance.
