THE Australia Cup and Helm Salver were played for at Stinchcombe Hill last weekend.
Over 100 members participated in the Australia Cup, which is for the best nett, being won by Dale Nicholl.
Results: 1st Dale Nicholl 71-11=62; 2nd Nigel Hart 79-16=63; 3rd Sean Park 80-16=64; 4th Rhys Manning 71-6=65; 5th Keith Vinton 80-15=65; 6th Jonathan Dykes 86-20=66.
The Helm Salver is awarded for the best gross score of the day and this was won by Mark Pitcher with 69.
A monthly medal was also held recently.
The highlight was a hole in one on the 11th for Jake O'Neill .
Results – Division One: 1st Richard Lamper 66-5=61, 2nd Jon Hill 74-9=65 and 3rd Matt Wise 75-8=67.
Division Two: 1st Neil Davies 76-16=60 2nd David Spencer 80-15=65 and 3rd Rich Kendall 78-12=66.
Division Three: 1st Stuart Lancaster 87-24=63 2nd Micky Coles 88-23=65 and 3rd Mark Perry 86-20=66.
