Gloucestershire County League
Kingswood 1 Hanham Athletic 0
KINGSWOOD have got off to a sound start to the season, wining four of their first six games, and have moved into fourth place in the table.
Their game at home to Hanham Athletic was a close affair and was won by a single goal midway through the second half.
Both teams missed chances in the first half which should have resulted in a different scoreline.
In the 70th minute, a James Gilvear header from a cross put the home side in front and then three minutes later the same player struck the crossbar.
A glaring miss by Ryan Mudd in the 85th minute could have made it more comfortable for the home side.
