THORNBURY Town’s young side hit back from a goal down to storm home against Hanham Athletic.
Hanham opened the scoring in the 17th minute when Adam Grinter sent out a long ball to the left wing for Joss Dakwa.
Grinter ran inside the box for the cross from Dakwa before firing past Thornbury keeper Lippiatt.
Thornbury were limited to several long shots that were easily dealt with by keeper Fletcher in the home goal.
Town levelled the score five minutes into the second half when Luke Franklin shot from the edge of the box.
Thornbury began to get on top and took the lead with a goal from Toby Bennett in the 61st minute before Craig Lancastle made it 3-1 on 75 minutes with a good shot into the bottom corner.
Thornbury were well on top and were rewarded again with a second goal for Toby Bennett three minutes before time.
