KINGSWOOD started the better side in this game and Gary Simmons hit the post on 15 minutes.
The visitors' keeper then brought off a good save from a Simon Clark free kick to keep Bristol Telephones in the game after 25 minutes.
Kingswood got a shock in the 35th minute when Aaron McQuaid fired home from six yards to put Bristol Telephones one up.
Just before the break Ryan Mudd should have levelled but fired over the bar.
Clark was unlucky not to level the score on 60 minutes but his free kick hit the post.
Telephones caught the home side napping in the 62nd minute when they took a quick free kick and Dhani Golding fired home from 10 yards.
The home side did reduce the arrears in the 65th minute when Gary Simons scored, but they were unable to get that second goal.
