Wotton Rovers U12s
LEAGUE champions Wotton Rovers U12s rounded off a fantastic season with victory in the Mid Glos League Champions League Day at Frampton on Saturday.
After a hard fought 0-0 draw in the opening round robin match against GVR Chalford, the boys found their stride against Hucclecote, Ethan Smith opening the scoring with a long range beauty from outside the box.
Jack Powell added two more goals to send Wotton through to the final against Longlevens.
And Wotton won as Powell scored the only goal to secure a cup winning double to the delight of the travelling supporters.
