IT is early days but Sharpness, Cam Bulldogs and Berkeley Town occupy three of the top four places in the Gloucestershire Northern Senior League as the second weekend of action gets underway.
Sharpness put in a top performance last Saturday to win 6-2 away at Southside Star and Cam Bulldogs had a top 2-1 victory, also away, at Tuffley Rovers Reserves.
Now something will have to give as both sides come together for the second weekend at Sharpness’ home ground.
Berkeley Town enjoyed a 3-2 away win at Leonard Stanley and will be hoping to put pressure on top dogs Sharpness and second-placed Harrow Hill when they travel to Bibury.
