Frampton United 7 Hardwicke 2

FRAMPTON United entertained local rivals Hardwicke in what turned out to be a very convincing win for the home side.

Myron Turner must take the plaudits finding the net on four occasions. Frampton were a goal up after just 24 seconds when Monola Marquez Espada thunderous shot struck the cross bar and Myron Turner picked up the rebound to head home.

Hardwicke drew level on 31 minutes when Will Matthews turned in the box to drive the ball home. 1-1 at the break with all the action coming in the second half.

Turner made it 2-1 on 61 minutes taking full advantage when the visitor’s keeper dropped the ball.

On 64 minutes Turner competed his hat-trick when Joe Wilton pulled the ball back for the in form striker.

Following a corner on 67 minutes Joe Wilton struck the ball home from the edge of the box. a few minutes later a Jack Phillips shot was parried by the keeper but Wilton was there to follow up to net his second. Turner then netted his fourth to make it 6-1 and the home side made it seven on 88 minutes with a penalty taken by Jonathon Lewis. In time added Hardwicke scored their second Craig Howard making the final score 7-2.
