FORTY-two students from Chipping Sodbury Tang Soo Do club competed at the sport’s Bristol Regional Championships in Thornbury last month and came away with plenty to smile about.
The athletes were in terrific form during the competition and many came away with multiple trophies.
The Regional Championships themselves were well supported with 360 entrants from right across the country, ranging from London to Wales and north of the border in Scotland.
Chipping Sodbury Tang Soo Doo instructor Paul Townsley said the club had done a magnificent job and was proud of everyone who took part.
The students competing had a wide age range, with some as young as five years old and others over 50 years of age.
They competed at different levels of ability and did superbly well.
