BERKELEY Town will be hoping to finish their Gloucestershire Northern Senior League division one season in at least eighth place with a win over bottom side Bredon on Saturday.
They could actually overtake Newent Town, in seventh, who play eighth placed Tuffley Rovers Reserves with only a point separating Berkeley from Newent.
If Newent and Tuffley draw and Berkeley beat Bredon, they will go seventh.
So there is still plenty for Berkeley to play for. Cam Bulldogs and Sharpness have already completed their seasons and finish in second and third respectively.
