FOREST Green Rovers young midfielder Jordan Simpson has signed on loan to Hungerford Town FC.
Jordan joins the National League South club immediately, and is available to play.
The 18-year old joined Forest Green Rovers on a two year deal this July from Swindon Town, where he had played since the age of 6.
Ian Herring, manager of Hungerford Town FC, said "We're delighted to welcome Jordan from FGR for an initial three months.
"The boy has a big future and will be looking to make an immediate impact here at Hungerford"
Forest Green Rovers manager Mark Cooper added “Jordan is an exciting young player and we look forward to seeing his development.
"He needs to start building up his experience of professional football at a high standard, so games at Hungerford Town will really help get him ready for the demands of the football league."
Simpson comes from a footballing family and is the son of ex-Jamaican international Fitzroy Simpson who made 36 appearances for the Reggae Boyz.
