THORNBURY Town's Hellenic League Premier match has been switched to Sixways on Saturday.

The league clash with Worcester Raiders will now be played at the 11,000-seater stadium due to a waterlogged pitch at The Mundy's.

Thornbury have had a number of postponements in recent weeks with all of the rain and bad weather. Thornbury haven't played a game since the first weekend of November when they lost at Hereford Pegasus 3-1.

To prevent falling too far behind with fixtures, the two clubs have agreed to switch the game, that was due to be a Thornbury home game.

This Saturday's game will take place at the usual time of 3PM in Worcester.
