Football: Yate get go ahead but other matches are called off

Yate Town’S Zamaretto League Division One South and West clash against Cinderford Town is set to go ahead today (3pm).

Almondsbury Town’s FA Vase game at Christchurch and Hallen’s home Western League clash against Sherborne Town have been postponed due to waterlogged pitches.

In Hellenic League Division One West, Slimbridge’s game at Cricklade has also been called off as has the clash between Brimscombe and Thrupp and Yate Town Reserves in the County League.
