Aylesbury 3 Yate Town 0
YATE again came up against a good goalkeeping display by Jack Rashid which distorted Yate's efforts in this game on Saturday.
They created chances enough but good saves by Rashid and a general absence of the luck element conspired to keep them out.
Aylesbury took the lead just before half-time through Drew Roberts and 10 minutes after the break added another goal when Paul Edgeworth headed home Scott McCafferty's cross.
Aylesbury put the game beyond Yate three minutes from time when Gary Crawshaw finished off a cross from Roberts.
Yate Town 2 Tiverton Town 1
YATE recorded their first win of the season with a battling performance after having keeper Tony Court sent off in the 33rd minute for handling outside the area.
Tiverton took the lead on 26 minutes when Reinier Moor's shot was deflected past Court. But in first half stoppage time Yate equalised from the spot after visiting defender Mike Booth handled a cross into the box.
The Yate defence and stand-in keeper Justin Pritchard worked hard to keep Tiverton out and were rewarded with full points when Adam Sims picked up a loose ball and beat keeper Mark Ovendale from close in.
