BERKELEY-BASED rider Etienne Georgi claimed second place in his age category at the GHS National Time Trial Championship Final.
After qualifying at regional level, the 13-year-old Castle School pupil posted a time of 24 minutes and six seconds over the ten-mile course near Newbury, averaging approximately 25 miles an hour.
The GHS Championship is held in memory of George Herbert Stancer OBE, a previous president of the CTC, to encourage youth riders.
