IN DIVISION Four, the Frampton D pair of Glan Watkins and Peter Seville won two each as they lost 6-4 at home to Cam C.

Young Harry Prescott was the pick for Cam, winning all his three.

Nigel Meredith and Tony Powell had a win each before Prescott and Meredith sealed victory by winning the doubles.

Whiteshill Vets gained three valuable points in Division One, going down 7-3 at home to Frampton A.

Simon Ward and Bob Murray scored maximums for the visitors and Paul Carter completed their scoring.

Alan Churchill had a good singles win but the highlight of the evening was Steve Greening’s (1) tussle with Murray, which he lost from five up in the fifth, before he and Churchill won the doubles.

There was a point apiece for the Randwick A trio of Robbie Hawkins, Ray Bassett and Dan Ind as they lost 7-3 at home to Pessimists in Division Two,.

For the visitors, Barry Morgan won one, Jason Prescott two and Tim Chancellor three.

Prescott and Chancellor also won the doubles.

Forest Green B were on form against Frampton B, winning 7-3 at home.

There were two wins each for Craig Smart, John Crowther and John Pobjoy, before Smart and Crowther won the doubles.

Simon Philp was unbeatable for Frampton, winning all his singles matches.
