YATE Town and Slimbridge have both had their games postponed tonight due to the persistent wet weather.

The Bluebells were due to visit Bishop’s Cleeve in Calor Southern League Division One South and West, while Slimbridge were scheduled to face Brislington at Wisloe Road in the Western League Premier Division but both pitches were waterlogged.

Yate’s next scheduled game is away to Thatcham Town on Saturday, while they visit Wimborne Town next Tuesday.

Slimbridge will hope to play their first home game in two months against Longwell Green on Saturday.
