Frampton United 1 Cheltenham Civil Service 3
FRAMPTON United were unable to follow in the footsteps of the village cricket team as they attempted to end another Cheltenham Civil Service unbeaten record on Monday.
Jack Sklenar's fierce shot skidded off the wet surface to give the visitors the lead on five minutes.
Civil Service doubled their lead when Joshua Goodhall was brought down in the box and Sklenar netted from the spot kick.
Stuart Midwinter’s shot took a deflection on its way into the net for the visitors' third on 43 minutes.
Frampton pulled a goal back on 62 minutes through Dan Huxstep.
