Gloucestershire Northern Senior League Division One
Cam Bulldogs 2 Dursley Town 0
HEADED goals from Pete Holder and Max Pemberton gave Cam victory in an unspectacular derby clash against near neighbours Dursley at Everlands.
Long-serving forward Holder made the breakthrough after just ten minutes when he nodded in from a set piece and his side held their advantage comfortably enough.
Both sides struggled to create chances in game that, expectedly, was more notable for the number of fouls, while injuries disrupted the two teams as well.
Sean Bailey went close to an equaliser from a free-kick, but the Bulldogs secured the points two minutes from time when Pemberton headed in from another dead ball.
Dursley: P Dykes; L Jones, S Bailey, J Stevenson, L Thomas; K Ward (S Hobbs 30), Carl Bailey, Matt Humphrey, J Hill; J Redbond (T Deakin 70), C Mills. Not Used: R Swift, Craig Bailey.
