FORMER Forest Green striker Andy Mangan scored against Premier League opposition for the second time this season.
He scored 84 seconds after coming on as a 75th-minute sub for Shrewsbury in the Capital Once Cup against Premier League leaders Chelsea to cancel out Didier Drogba's opener before Jermaine Grandison's unfortunate late own goal saw the Shrews lose 2-1.
Mangan, who signed a one-year contract in July after negotiating his release from Forest Green, scored the winner in the previous round against Premier League Leicester City.
