A Bristol Council decision on whether Gloucestershire Cricket can have floodlighting at the County Ground will have to wait a while longer.
The City Council’s Development Control Committee have deferred a hearing of a floodlight application that would give the county the chance to host matches into the later evening.
Gloucestershire Cricket chief executive Will Brown, said: “We are clearly disappointed with this delay and will now be taking some time to review our options.
“We would like to thank everyone who took part in our consultation and helped develop the plans.”
