To win the Royal London One-Day Cup was pretty amazing – I still don’t know how we won it but we are all just over the moon.

I can’t put into words how good it feels.

In the weeks before the final I was thinking about it all the time – how we were going to win, what would happen during the game and it is amazing that it has panned out this way.

When (Kumar) Sangakarra and (Rory) Burns put on that huge partnership and took it away from us I was in the field running through my loser’s speech and then we pulled it back.

Jack (Taylor), Smudge (Tom Smith) and Benny (Howell bowled amazing. They put a huge squeeze on which brought us wickets and got us right back in the game.

On my previous occasion at Lord’s I didn’t bowl that well but I just clicked into some really good rhythm, found my areas and stuck to it. It was an amazing feeling with the crowd right on top of me and they were pushing me through the whole time.

My dad flew in from New Zealand to be there and he is over the moon as well. Benny Howell’s mum and brother and sister came over from Australia. It is such a great occasion and for us to have our families with us in the hotel the night before and at the match was really special.

To actually win feels surreal. We have come through so many challenges and tight games this year and each time everyone just steps up and does their job – no one questions it they just get stuck right in.

To do it with a group of mates is an incredible feeling and the celebrations were pretty special even if I might not remember everything!
