BRISTOL Rovers are reported to have lodged a planning application with South Gloucestershire Council for a new training base in Almondsbury.
It was reported that chairman Steve Hamer has revealed the base will be at Colony Farm, Hortham Lane.
The application is part of a document submitted on August 31 that includes, said the report, the ‘erection of clubhouse, floodlights and store’ plus car parking and pedestrian access.
