Dursley Ladies 5 North Wilts 0
A HAT-TRICK by Madie Tuck enabled Dursley Ladies to win their third match of the season and remain second in the league.
Dursley started well with Leanne Smith making a strong run through the North Wilts defence.
All the play was in the visitors’ half of the pitch and it was no surprise when Tuck scored the opening goal.
Another goal from Tuck doubled the score and before half-time, Caitlin Cother, who joined the club this season, made it 3–0 at the break.
The pattern continued on the restart and Hayley Able, in the home goal, hardly had a shot to save.
At the other end, the visiting keeper was in good form keeping out many Dursley shots.
Clare Rodgers was excellent in midfield and with Linzi Moulder prevented any breakaway threats.
Ellie Lumb made good runs down the right putting in dangerous crosses.
Tuck completed her hat-trick and another newcomer Charley Strickland scored to give Dursley a very comfortable victory.
