IN division four, The Raggedass Rangers carried on their good start to the season with a home win over the pointless Slimbridge LSC.

Wendy Thomas scored a nice 61 for the Rangers including an early spare helping her side to a 37 pin lead after three legs. Tony Stayte made a rare appearance for Slimbridge LSC and took top score with 53.

In an oddly low scoring game at the Mariners away against the Elites the Colombians entered the last leg with a 4 pin advantage,

However Rich Fry had a last leg spare putting the Elites one up with six players left. A beaver from the Elites proved decisive and the Colombians hung on to end the Elites unbeaten run.

In division five back to back 12 spares from Becky Bridges in her excellent 65 helped Pamdemonium to an away win over Duty Free at Cam Bowls Club. June Walker was the pick of the home side with a steady 54.

In division six In a rare spareless game at the Mariners honours went to the Vixens who eased past the Casuals. Sue Williams scored a good 60 for the Vixens and Clair Mercer had 63 for the Casuals.
