SHARPNESS have a chance to establish themselves into third place in the Gloucestershire Northern Senior League this weekend with two games that can yield six points.

Sharpness are just a point behind third-placed Charlton Rovers in Division One but have two games in hand.

They tackle 11th placed Harrow Hill away on Saturday and then travel again to basement side Bredon on Easter Monday.

Two victories would put them on 57 points while Rovers will have no chance to counter this as they do not have any games this weekend.

The matches bring the curtain down on Sharpness’ season. They will finish behind second-placed Cam Bulldogs who lost out in the battle for the title to Ruardean Hill Rangers.

Berkeley Town do not play this weekend either but finish their season next weekend at Bredon.
