Cotswold Edge golf news
A CRIPS and frosty morning greeted Cotswold Edge Golfers for the December Stableford this week.
The conditions proved tricky first thing but several under par scores were returned in all divisions.
Results: Division 1: David Newns 42 points, Willie Cruickshank 39 & Ian Nurding 37; Division 2: Dave Smith on count back from Colin Luton both with 37 points followed by Phil Larkin 35; Division 3: Matthew Perrett 44, Barrie Humphries 41 and Malcolm Prickett 39.
The Ladies played a nine hole stableford competition earlier in the week using just three clubs and a putter and Lita Hayward took the honours on count back from Tina Lewis and Michelle Craker all with 15 points.
