ENGLAND and Wasps rugby star Josh Lewsey opened the new sports pavilion at Butlers Court School last Wednesday.
The new sports facility was opened by the England full-back watched by parents and pupils at the school in Wattleton Road.
Lewsey took time out of his training schedule as his team intensify their preparations for the crunch clash with Pontypridd on Saturday.
The pavilion was funded after a fundraising effort at the school by parents and school authorities.
Headteacher James Astbury said: "It was very good of him to come. We only heard he was coming the day before and that was the only time he could do."
