HALLEN will visit Southern League side Swindon Supermarine in the FA Cup after knocking out Whitchurch in an extra preliminary round replay on Tuesday night.

Oliver Butler struck on the hour mark to secure a 2-1 victory after Tom Collett’s 23rd minute opener had been cancelled out.

Hallen earned a second bite it the cherry after scoring a late equaliser in the 1-1 draw at the Wessex League side on Saturday.

Ash Lloyd’s dangerous cross was turned into his own net by Adam Pearson with just five minutes to go after Josh Green gave Whitchurch the lead from the penalty spot in the 25th minute.

Almondsbury UWE went out of the FA Cup after a 4-1 defeat at higher league opponents Gillingham Town on Saturday, Simon McElroy scoring for the visitors.

However, they maintained their 100 per cent start to the Western League First Division campaign on Tuesday night as Nick Rugman scored the only goal of their game at Devizes Town.
