THORNBURY Town and Chipping Sodbury Town had to be satisfied with one point apiece in a very hard fought game.
Sodbury grabbed the lead a minute before the break with a neatly taken goal from Danny Coombes, slotting home at the near post.
Thornbury were reduced to 10 men in the 67th minute when Richard Curtis was dismissed for a second bookable offence.
The home side hit back in the 75th minute, though, to earn a draw when Nathan Irwin turned the ball in from six yards.
