THORNBURY Town did what they had to do and got the three points away to Hanham Athletic but the match was described as a very drab encounter at Vicarage Road.
The only goal of the game came after 20 minutes from a build up through the middle by Town which involved Craig Lancastle setting up Luke Franklin to drive the ball home from the edge of the box.
