THORNBURY first team have a tough Tribute South West One West clash at home to Weston and will have to be at their very best to win. This huge game kicks off at 3pm.

Thornbury seconds were denied the chance to play once again when Dursley withdrew from their league game on Friday evening, too late for a replacement fixture to be arranged.

Thornbury thirds were beaten 22-19 by St Bernadette’s Old Boys, in a game played at Bristol Harlequins.

Thornbury U-16s defeated Painswick 18-12 in the semi-final of the Gloucestershire County Cup. Thornbury tries were scored by Tyler Tyrell and Charlie Powell, with Red Lloyd and Jacob Wood kicking their goals. The boys will play the winners of the other semi-final between Clifton and Old Patesians at Hartpury College on Sunday April 24.

This Saturday, the seconds and thirds are scheduled to play equivalent sides from Barton Hill.

The seconds are at home and the thirds travel to Speedwell. On Sunday, the Development XV take on Keynsham Colts in the semi-final of the GRFU Development League. The game kicks-off 2pm at Keynsham RFC.
