WINTERBOURNE United started the new Western League Premier Division campaign with a 4-2 defeat at Buckland Athletic.
The biggest crowd of the day in the league saw Simon Revell and Gavin Hammon score two goals apiece against a Winterbourne side, who had taken a third minute lead through Ashley McGrane with Cameron Brown scoring their other goal.
