Frampton Cotterell 26 Tewkesbury 12
WITH only 30 minutes to play, Frampton Cotterell were losing 12-5 against Tewkesbury, but their superior fitness showed through to secure a comfortable four-try bonus point win.
Josh Creed led the way from the base of the scrum asFrampton stepped up a couple of gears.
A scrappy game for the first hour was suddenly blown open when No 8 Creed crashed over under the posts to make the score 12-12.
Then from the kick-off, great lineout ball was won by Tony Bleakman, with the backs completing a move from the training ground for Bob Adams to touch down in the corner.
Joe Bennett made a superb tackle and Tom Johnson picked up the loose ball. He went past the defender out wide and there was Joe Bennett again on his inside to take the ball over the line.
Creed scored the other Frampton try in the first half with Matthew Lawrence kicking three conversions.
