WITH just two rounds left, Yate’s Luke Hedger and his team have a long journey to Assen in the Netherlands for the only European round on the race calendar, being held this weekend.

Hedger is really excited for the up-coming races, he is feeling really good on the Appleyard Macadam Racing Yamaha now and is hopeful for some good results to finish the year on a high.

Hedger is setting his sights on finishing in the top ten of the Dickies British Supersport championship, which considering the year he has had will be a really good finish.

He currently sits in 11th place and is just thirty points behind the ninth place competitor, this is very achievable there are still one hundred points up for grabs over four races.

All of Hedger’s races are televised live on Eurosport 2. The sprint race is on Saturday at 2:30pm and the feature race is on Sunday at 2:20 pm.
