Scott Thomas set to sign for Yate after Scott Brice joins Weymouth

YATE TOWN have signed Scott Thomas from Zamaretto League Division One South and West rivals Taunton Town.
Manager Dave Mogg swooped for the centre-back following the departure of skipper Scott Brice, who has now joined Blue Square South club Weymouth after appearing set to sign for Tiverton Town.
Bristol-born Thomas, 21, started his career at Bristol Rovers before joining Taunton in the 2006/07 season and was sent off four times last season.
