IF YOU missed the chance to see musical comedy genius Bill Bailey on his sell-out Qualmpeddler tour, then fear not – you can still catch Bill at Wychwood Festival, where he is to close the main stage on Sunday, June 2.
This year, the popular festival is celebrating its most diverse programme since its inception in 2005 and creating a truly unique experience for the entire family.
The mighty Bill Bailey is the headline artist for Sunday's mainstage line-up bringing his trademark musical mash-ups, multi-lingual riffs, films, songs, philosophising and silliness to Cheltenham Racecourse, but there are also a whole host of other performers on the bill. These include the amazing Soul II Soul, Toploader and The Beat on Friday; The Human League, Kate Nash and The Wedding Present on Saturday; and the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, Craig Charles and Lucy Rose on Sunday., when the line-up also includes Cbeebies’ Ben Faulks a.k.a Mr Bloom who will bring something for the 'tiddlers'
Wychwood Festival boasts an eclectic and innovative programme that includes indie, folk, rock and world music with some of the most talented emerging artists on the UK’s music scene at the moment appearing alongside industry veterans and cult classics across an exceptional weekend of entertainment from Friday, May 31 to Sunday, June 2.
