Camp Bestival is taking place in the majestic groundsLulworth Castle in Dorset, and this year the festival's theme is 'Circus'

Crowned Best Family Festival at the UK Festival Awards 2013, a host of acts are running away to join this year’s circus-themed festival, including headliners dynamic dance duo Basement Jaxx, daisy-age hip-hop legends De La Soul and indie giants James. Other acts already announced include the amazing Johnny Marr, fabulous chanteuse Sinéad O’Connor, and Mercury Prize nominee and soul sensation Laura Mvula, plus Pop Will Eat Itself, The Skatalites, Peter Hook & The Light, The Cuban Brothers and many, many more. We’ll also have DJ action from pop icon Boy George & Marc Vedo, the incredible Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and lord of reggae David Rodigan MBE, who will present Ram Jam, with more sets from DJ Yoda, Wilkinson and Rob da Bank & Tayo’s Prince Tribute. And that’s just the music!

Horrible Histories is back at Camp Bestival by extraordinarily popular demand performing their new show, Barmy Britain: Part II, and the utterly legendary Mr Tumble will be clowning his way to the Castle Stage once again. Helping to celebrate a phenomenal 50 years of Roald Dahl’s best-loved tale we are hosting a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory 50th Birthday Takeover, and don’t miss our favourite elf and fairy duo Ben and Holly, hosting the main stage live.

We’ll also be welcoming our wondrously fabulous new venue, The Greatest Tent on Earth featuring Gandini Juggling Remixed by Rob da Bank; a mouth-watering new attraction for foodies of all ages, The Feast Collective, irresistible new theatre show Hugless Douglas making its festival debut; hoola hooping marvel Marawa the Amazing; the exhilarating street dancing of Funk da Cirque and many more!
