FOLLOWING their hugely successful concert at Apperley Village Hall last year, critically acclaimed acoustic trio Whalebone are returning to Apperley with their 2014 tour on Saturday 11 October.

Whalebone’s Runes tour features high energy acoustic music alongside haunting atmospheric tunes. The show includes inventive interpretations of traditional music, rock classics and original material from their two international award winning albums. The show will also feature some brand new material together with tall tales, folklore and the myths which inspired the music.

“We’re delighted to be returning to Apperley Village Hall, which is such a lovely venue and so well supported in the community” says Whalebone frontman Steve Downs. “We had a great evening here last year and are delighted to be here last year and are delighted to be here again, with old friends and new”.
