WICKED, the global musical phenomenon that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, will continue its critically acclaimed, record-breaking UK and Ireland tour, opening at The Bristol Hippodrome in February 2015.

In a brilliantly witty re-imagining of the stories and characters created by L. Frank Baum in ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’, Wicked tells the incredible untold story of an unlikely but profound friendship between two sorcery students. Their extraordinary adventures in Oz will ultimately see them fulfil their destinies as Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.

Christiaan de Villiers, General Manager of The Bristol Hippodrome said: “We are thrilled that we are able to announce that the global musical phenomenon Wicked will be opening here at The Bristol Hippodrome in just over a year’s time. What better way can there be to kick start 2015 with this Broadway and West End blockbuster that will have our patrons spellbound. A year may seem a long time away but we would definitely advise people to book early as we expect an unprecedented demand for tickets which will be flying out the door.”

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, February 18 at 10am.
