NOW enjoying its record-breaking sixth year in London’s West End, 'Thriller live' is set to tour to the Theatre Royal Bath for eight performances.

From pop to rock and soul to disco, this spectacular concert executed with flair, precision and passion pays homage to Michael Jackson’s legendary live performances and innovative dance moves from Monday 9 to Saturday 14 June.

Specially created to celebrate the career of the world’s greatest entertainer and undisputed King of Pop, Thriller Live features an exceptionally talented cast and live band performing non-stop smash hits from the much-loved back catalogue of Michael Jackson, and The Jackson 5, including I Want You Back, ABC, I’ll Be There, Can You Feel It?, Blame It On The Boogie, Bad, Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’, Off The Wall, The Way You Make Me Feel, Smooth Criminal, Rock With You, Heal the World, Thriller, Beat It, Billie Jean and many more.

Thriller Live brings the distinctive high-energy dancing and pulsating sound of Jackson’s greatest hits to life on stage, blending eye-popping video footage and effects together with dazzling choreography by award-winning director Gary Lloyd. During his career, Lloyd has worked extensively with artists including Robbie Williams, Leona Lewis, Girls Aloud and Shirley Bassey, on arena tours, television and stage shows.

Thriller Live first moonwalked into the West End in January 2009 after three acclaimed UK tours and has since become the longest-running production in the Lyric Theatre’s 125-year history. The show has now been seen by more than 2.5 million people worldwide.

In a phenomenal, unparalleled career spanning 45 years, Michael Jackson sold more than 400 million records. He had 13 number one singles in his solo career and was the first artist in history to have a single in one of the top ten places of the Billboard Top 100 in five different decades. At the time of his death in 2009, he was the biggest-selling artist in the world. His numerous other achievements include multiple Guinness World Records, including one for Thriller, still the world's best-selling album of all time with 100 million copies sold and counting. He won 13 Grammy Awards, as well as the Grammy Legend Award and the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, and 26 American Music Awards, more than any other artist. He is one of the few artists to have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice; once as a member of The Jackson 5 in 1997 and later as a solo artist in 2001. In March 2014, Epic Records released Xscape, a second posthumous album of previously unreleased tracks by Michael Jackson.

The 2014 UK tour features the sensational Cleo Higgins, formerly the lead singer of 1990’s pop group Cleopatra, as the lead female vocalist.
