EVANS Phyllis Mildred Passed peacefully away on 8th December 2018, aged 88. Much loved wife of the late Gordon, loving mother of Susan and Dawn, Loved Mother-in-Law, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service to be held Friday 21st December at 11.00, St James' Church, Dursley. Family flowers only, all donations made to Alzheimer's Society to be sent to L.W.Clutterbuck, 24-26 High Street, Cam, Dursley, Glos, GL11 5LE.
