BATH Patricia Passed away at Southmead Hospital on 13th February 2019. Who will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Westerleigh Crematorium on Monday 11th March at 2:45pm Family flowers only, donations if desired to St Peters Hospice c/o F. Woodruff Funeral Directors 118-120 Station Road, Yate, Bristol.
