PHILIP BRIAN MELHUISH Passed away peacefully at Gloucester Royal Hospital with his family by his side on Wednesday 3rd April 2019, aged 83 years. Beloved husband to Rachel for 59 wonderful years, devoted dad to Gary, Gina and Lynsey. Phil will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered. Funeral service to take place at Westerleigh Crematorium, Yate on Tuesday 23rd April at 1:15pm. All welcome. Family flowers only please.
