KATHLEEN SMITH "KAY" Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 18th September 2019, aged 96 years. Beloved Mother of Kevin, Jane and Paul, much loved Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Aunt. Requiem Mass funeral service at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Wotton-under-Edge, on Tuesday 8th October at 12.00 noon, followed by private family burial. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu to Dementia UK, may be sent c/o Grimes & Goscombe, Chipping Manor, The Chipping, Wotton-under-Edge, Glos, GL12 7AD.
