MAGGIE BUTT With sadness we announce the death of Maggie Butt of Coombe, Wotton-under-edge. Beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A celebration of her life will take place later in the year.

How very sad that Maggie has died. She was so full of energy, full of fun, ideas. I knew her when we both belonged to the labour party, and to an exercise group. She will be remembered also because of her love of her allotment and her part in the campaign to save it. A larger than life character. She will be missed.
