EVELYN HAZEL CLARK Of Berkeley Sadly, passed away peacefully on Wednesday 18th March 2020, aged 95 years. Much-loved and dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at Westerleigh Crematorium, Waterside Chapel on Monday 30th March 2020 at 11am. Family flowers only please.
