DAVID WILLIAM JARDINE CARLYLE On June 21, 2020, at Beech House care home, Thornbury, aged 81. Retired dental surgeon at Bank Cottage practice. Husband of Jenny and beloved father of Rachel, James and Patrick. Grandfather to Anna, Joe, Emily, Katie, Susie, Tom and Alex. He will be much missed. Private family funeral due to current restrictions. A service of thanksgiving for his life will be held when possible at St Mary's Church, Thornbury.
