HATCLIFFE Sylvia Mary David wishes to thank everyone who came to the celebration of Sylvia's life for their sympathy and support. Also, everyone involved in her care over the last four years: nurses, doctors, paramedics, care and support staff - from mm2gether, May Lane Surgery, Gloucestershire Care Services, Telecare, South Western Ambulance Service, Gloucestershire Royal Hospital Wards 2A and 3A and Park View Nursing Home. Heartfelt thanks to you all. Donations totalling £200 will be given to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital Wards 2A and 3A in recognition of their loving care given to Sylvia.
